I’m very happy to share that on 13 May 2026 I’ll give a Visiting Lecture at Vienna Animal Studies, University of Vienna, entitled The Human and the Meat: Animal Domination in Capitalist Societies. The talk will draw on my recent book and discuss how capitalist society has reshaped human–animal relations, focusing on the entanglements between social structures, scientific practices, technologies, and political conflict trejectories.
